A plot of land has come up for sale on the flanks of Snowdon.
John Muir Trust member Jeff Moreau just sent us this image of a for sale sign halfway up the mountain.
The 475 acre lot on the southwest side of Snowdon adjoins National Trust land, running from near Ryd-Ddu village up to the lip of the Llechog and Clogwyn Du cliffs, and reaching a height of about 850m on the mountain's south ridge. Part is designated an SSSI, and the popular Rydd-Ddu path up Snowdon runs through the middle. Further details can be found on the estate agent's website.
