Best Climbing Experience

The feeling when I got to the top of my first severe. It was my first day of leading, and my third lead that day. I'd chosen the route on the basis that it didn't look too hard, but having started it I decided I might have been wrong. Most of the way up, I found that the only way up was to sidle out onto this big outcrop of rock, and to finger jam my way up to the top. I'd been waiting around for a while, putting it off, but then finally put a wire in, and then decided it wasn't too bad after all. when I got to the top I was really happy, and was even more impressed when the two seconds fell numerous times on their way up.
