Equip Outdoor Technologies UK Ltd specialise in the design and marketing of technical outdoor clothing and equipment under the leading brands of Rab and Lowe Alpine.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Sales Office Manager, part of the UK and Euro Sales Office team based at South Normanton, Derbyshire close to junction 28 on the M1, to be responsible for customer service to an international customer base and administration of a global order book.

Reporting to the Sales Office Manager the key responsibilities will include:

• To manage the internal UK and Euro Sales Team (3 staff) to ensure that orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
• To administer sales for Scotland and Borders sales territory, to include order processing, preparing estimates, shipping documentation and quotations for customers.
• To take, input and monitor urgent and forward orders.
• To answer customer enquiries and generic questions from members of the public, this will also include providing technical advice and guidance on a wide range of products.
• To maintain customer records.
• To process invoices and credits.
• To run weekly sales reports for the Management Team.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Sales office/sales administration experience
• Be customer focused
• Good people management/supervisory skills
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and manipulate data and reports to a medium to high level.
