Alpkit needs someone that wants to be an integral part of developing it's product ranges, particularly clothing. You are already working for a major outdoor brand and can happily take a product from conception to production. But you a have a problem. You have hit a ceiling and where you are there is already a head of design, lead designer, or senior clothing designer. Although you want their job and know you can do it, you can't wait.
Alpkit is expanding fast and clothing will be a massive part of that expansion. We need you now.
The current team is small, "you'd be doubling it's size" but it would be focused. This would be hands on with a capital H. Although you might not have all the skills to execute the development of a product you'd be expected to know what needs to be done and make it happen.

Proficiency and aptitude in design packages such as Illustrator is useful, much more important is a core understanding of how to innovate, improve and deliver products. Active users in the outdoors will always have an advantage.
