Website dispatch assistants
We have vacancies in our busy website/mail order department for two Dispatch/Customer Service Assistants.
These challenging and rewarding positions will appeal to detail conscious, computer literate and organised individuals who are capable of working as part of a small team. They should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in the outdoor retail industry would be an advantage.

Shop floor sales advisors
Ideally we are looking for individuals with previous outdoor retail or customer service experience with an active interest in outdoor pursuits.
To be able to provide the standard of service expected by our customers, you will have to demonstrate high levels of knowledge about current outdoor products. The sales positions demand that you are a sales oriented, customer focussed individual with a proven track record in outdoor retail sales.

The Climbers Shop is a small independent outdoor retailer and all the positions offered requires employees willing to be flexible about their work and assist in other areas of the business if required.
