Candidates for the senior instructor posts should hold high level outdoor NGB qualifications, be a very active outdoor specialist and be an instructor / coach familiar delivering governing body awards, including directing higher level courses with at least 5 years of relevant instructional experience.
They should have experience of working as part of a team in a residential outdoor centre, be an effective educator able to plan and deliver both practical and theoretical sessions to students with a wide range of abilities and be able to represent MTT and make a contribution to governing and representative bodies and professional associations.
They should have a flexible approach to work and a clear commitment to contribute to the 7-days a week, 12 months a year programme of residential courses and be able to make a real contribution to the depth of our delivery within a single sport or across a range of disciplines
The closing date for applications is 14th September 2009 and successful applicants will be interviewed on 1st October.
