I'm a big fan of Moon pants and of UKC competitions, but this one is, well, pants. Instead of being banally easy the question is desperate - I've just wasted ten minutes on it and given up. Sorry Ben.

It shouldn't be too difficult, it took me around a 30 seconds to a minute to find it without any prompts.

As a clue, follow the link to the Moonboard Problems within the article - there's a filtering function once you're there that might be of use.
