XGK stove connecting hose issue

I have an MSR XGK stove, it's been used for about two months. When I bought it the point where the flexible fuel line met the burner unit was rigid (no rotation). A few months ago, when I picked it up after cooking for a few hours, I noticed that this joint had magically gained the ability to rotate!

This in itself wouldn't be a problem, however a small amount of fuel seems to escape from the join, leaving to a flame at that point in use. I've managed to get rid of this each time but I'm worried it will lead to total failure of the joint or a loss of power from the stove.

Has anyone had experience of this issue? I'm in the process of contacting MSR/their distributor to see what they.

Robert
