I managed to get two September skis this year, a 100% increase on last September.

I did ski in August in Scotland a couple of years back (in order to win a bet - it was a hell of a drive from Somerset, where I was living at the time). There are still snow patches around in Scotland, but only worth trekking to for the kudos of a summer ski!

That's ludicrous, I did a big rock route on the Ben at the weekend! Well, maybe the weather being good enough to do that is what's ludicrous!
