Finlay Wild won todays Ben race in 1hr 28 min 45 sec.... second runner was 1hr 34min 14 sec

P.s don't tell anyone ,but I spent at least 5 minutes looking (drooling) at Finlay's legs.

He came down the tourist path.. i tried the Melantee descent... bad idea... pretty boggy crossing the moor and someone had removed marker flags that locals had placed to mark the best way through he boggy ground : (

I recced it the week before and decided against it because of the bogginess. Another club member was just behind me at the Red Burn, went by Meall an T and beat me by a minute and a half. It's possible he would have done that anyway but food for thought. Either way I'm happy to have bettered my time from last year.
