Economy: 37 mpg average (best we've had is about 44 mpg when driving with a light foot on long journeys!)
Just had a service with all discs, front and back replaced, timing chain guides replaced, new track rod end and new seal on one of the shocks - basically all the work that needed done.
* V5 Document updated to show vehicle as Motor Caravan rather than Panel Van - this means you get slightly cheaper insurance and can go at 70mph on dual carriageways
* Tinted opening side window and leisure battery fitted professionally by Van Guard in Fort William
* 2 burner stove and grill with camping gas bottle stored in fixed and lockable gas locker
* Kitchen area with solid beach worktop!
* Bench seat folds out to double bed with interlocking slats (allows airflow under the mattress so no moisture builds up)
* Fold away table with attachment point fixed to floor
* Well insulated with 50mm kingspan house insulation in the lower wall, 25mm kingspan in the upper wall, all covered in dedicated foil campervan insulation, same foil insulation also used on roof and floor. Ply lined ontop of insulation.
* Will sell with Thule Wing bars
* Tow bar fitted with electrics (never been used for towing, only for a towbar mounted bike rack)
* Loads of storage under the bench seat and in units fitted behind bulk head
* 6 LED lights fitted in the roof with on/off switch on bulkhead

Known issues: Currently the front windscreen wiper doesn't work on intermittent setting but I will get this fixed before selling.
We bought the van with 57000 miles on the clock so have done over 30000 in her with absolutely no problems! Size is a good compromise between living space and ease of driving. A lot of love went into converting this van, will be sad to see her go but circumstances dictate sale.
