Páramo, the award winning technical outdoor clothing brand, requires a part-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our busy London team as soon as possible.

The Role
We are looking for someone who would be happy to spend time with customers helping them choose the appropriate garments for their activities; and who would like to share their love of the outdoors and everything Páramo and Nikwax related.

Key areas of responsibility will include greeting customers; assisting with enquiries; completing sales and cashing up at the end of the day. In addition, as part of a small team you will be expected to help monitor stock levels and ensure that the shop is clean and presentable at all times.

You will be expected to work 2/3 days a week (to be agreed) on a rota basis, including weekends.

The Person
You will be a conscientious individual with an eye for detail, having enthusiasm for our brand and a willingness to learn all about Páramo and Nikwax products. You will have a passion for the outdoors which you will be able to convey to customers.

The successful candidate should be confident, friendly and approachable. You will have good timekeeping skills and be committed to providing a consistently high level of customer service.

A genuine passion for outdoors and outdoor activities is a must; please give details of your outdoor interests in your covering letter.
