I'd go with Paul or Robbie.
But there's plenty of good ones around. Martin Cox has had quite a bit of success, in the US David Roche and Ian Sharman are too of the more popular ones at the moment.
I spoke to people but was always self coached but my training was pretty much basic. Run 90-100 miles a week, lots of hard miles, 2 hard sessions a week. Running 12-20 miles at least twice a week if not 3.
