Just discovered that a company sells drills to screw ice screws. Not sure I want to give their name, but it's easily googlable.

I am torn between admiration for the true spirit of human laziness that drives technological progress, contempt, and difficulty to understand why someone would carry a 1.5 kg piece of equipment up an ice climb. I suppose it would more useful for super high Canadian icefalls than Kinder Downfall, though.

It's been discussed previously here. Here's the thread - http://www.ukhillwalking.com/forums/t.php?t=631934

I assumed it was an April Fool.

I love the fact that of their four products one is 2oz of lube - presumably to aid the returns process...
