Now in its third year, RunYHA trail running event held at YHA Castleton Losehill Hall in the spectacular back drop of the Peak District. With a whole host of races and running-related talks and film showings taking place over the weekend, plus the option of staying over to boot – RunYHA is truly a weekend to remember. With shorter runs and a half marathon through the picturesque scenery of Castleton, and an awards presentation for the winners, there’s something for every kind of trail runner.

Surprisingly reasonable costs considering its the YHA although can't say that sleeping in dorms would fill me with delight.

Yeah pretty reasonable for the location! you can get private rooms if you want , some are en-suite! youth hostels have moved on a bit lately! they even had a hot tub last year !
