Does anyone local know if the Mountain Supplies shop at 133 South Street, Perth is still open? I am trying to contact them re a long overdue refund and their phone number now appears to be disconnected.

Mountain leisure Perth. Website still up and it was open when I was in a couple of weeks ago. I've always found them to be pretty decent, so I doubt they would deliberately defraud you!

I had run ins with them a few years back. Bought a jacket that wasnt fit for purpose, they initially agreed, while I was in the shop but changed their mind later. Also ordered a jacket for collection that never came. Took several months to get the money back, and they took the money from my card again a year later. The second time I only got my money back via my bank. Weather or not is incompetance or dodgyness, I wouldnt deal with them again.

Got my refund sorted out by the shop today. Apparently their phone problem yesterday was a BT issue affecting the whole area.
