I was wondering is anyone has any advice for sleeping bag shopping... here is the wishlist:
- To fit a short 5ft person
- Down (as ethical as can be)
- Is warm (below 0)
- Light weight
- Cut better for woman
- Not too expensive ( Looking at something under £300? )

So any short woman out there that has found the perfect bag?
Cheers.

Alpkit and Cumulus might be the cheaper options.

Cumulus does offer "customization" for a nominal fee. Eg. pick a basic sac, ask it to be shorter but with the same amount of down. You'll get a warmer bag, that is slightly lighter.

I've been using that name for over 15 years and I've never seen that... love it! Def embrace the shortness

A short girl I used to climb with really loved the Marmot Angel Fire - not sure if you can still get them, but there will be a newer equivalent:

PHD's Minim 400 sleeping bag comes in short length and slim width options. It's just within your budget, at £290. It has a minimalist design though (no zip!) so you will need to pay a bit more if you want a short-length or full-length zip added to the bag.
