Having a bit of a professional interest in these things, I think your judgement is pretty spot on. I found that a disarmingly moving picture - no airs and graces, blink and you'd miss 'im. Like I said, pretty spot on. Thanks for posting.

"Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery

HRH Duke of Gloucester visited the town today to open the museum. Here he is shown with Cllr Malcolm Pate and the day’s commemorative plaque, as well as admiring a Lego model of St Pancras Station with Professor Tim Jenkins, the project manager in charge of the museum development."
