Conditions info for Swiss Alps

I'm struggling to find any online info regarding current conditions in the Swiss Alps, mainly in the Jungfraujoch area but also interested in Zermatt area conditions. Looking at routes up to AD/AD+.
Anyone know any good sites?

I think konkordia hut and others in the region often have some info. Otherwise phoning huts by the routes can be the best bet.
