Volunteers in the BMC North East Area are organising a crag restoration festival at Peel Crag on the weekend of 5-6 September 2015.
The weekend will follow the format of previous clean-ups at nearby Crag Lough; camping at Winshields Farm Campsite, Saturday will be spent cleaning routes, concentrating on the routes to the East of Tiger's Overhang, with an evening barbecue courtesy of the BMC, followed by beers in a local pub. On Sunday, you can enjoy climbing the newly cleaned routes.
Come along and lend a hand – everyone is welcome, whether you are a local or just up for the weekend.
