We're growing: having recently passed the 80,000 member mark we're looking for a new member of our membership services team to help look after all their membership and insurance needs.

We are looking for a membership administrator to join our busy team and help to ensure the efficient delivery of a wide range of services to our members.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a small team, with previous experience of a busy office environment or member-based organisation, including travel insurance and claims handling. You will need an excellent telephone manner and IT skills.

The British Mountaineering Council is the national representative body for climbers, hill walkers and mountaineers in England and Wales. We are a member-based organisation with 80,000 members and growing!

The deadline for applications is Thursday 13 August 2015.
