DMM Flight - good fit for women?

Thinking of buying the DMM Flight, but wondering if any women who've used it can comment on whether it's a good fit for them (especially back length, as I'm only 5'1)?

(Had hoped to try it on in a shop but can't find a nearby stockist so will need to order on-line).
