I was thinking about this a while ago. I reckon if you did it on a tandem for some extra speed and did it from the top of Ben Nevis to the top of Snowdon it would be possible (for the right man) to do it sub 24 hours. There is a little short cut which Joss Naylor took involving running up Scafell Pike from Borrowdale and coming down to Langdale - that would save about an hour if you could find someone to take the bike around. But it would be very tough.
