Well I tried, but some dumb people still had to vote 1 or 2 for a photo I posted to show the damage caused to the Refuge de Baroude by fire. It was a sad scene of destruction and desolation : ruins and sheets of galvanised steel bent and tortured by the heat. Taking a 'good photo' just didn't enter into the equation.

Don't worry about it. Anonymous vote trolling is easy so some people just go around giving everything they see 1 or 2.

Are there any plans to rebuild it?

The refuge is the property of the Parc National des Pyrénées. They have stated that they do not have the funds to finance the rebuilding alone so I presume the long process of finding further aid is underway. I'm keeping my fingers crossed !
