A Professional Rock Climber Crack Weirdo + Professional Climbing Aviation Tech Wizard = The Best Climbing Brush Ever?

We reinvented the climbing brush to help people climb their best. No breaking, lightweight, works better, lasts longer, secret storage compartment, and 100% Recyclable.

The Sublime Climbing Brush launched June 9th exclusively on the crowdfunding website Kickstarter with a goal to raise $5,000 for first run production. It was 120% funded on day 1 and 200% funded by day 4 exclusively through word of mouth, without a single advertisement. Pledge tiers start at $9 for the Classic Nylon edition and $15 for the Premium Boar’s Hair edition (includes custom climbOn Bar), shipping will commence September 2015.

very tempted to cash in the birthday present chip for a day on grit with Tom!

I am interested if you know any more about:

"Please note that you may be responsible for local duties, fees and taxes."

don't want to shell out over £200 and get stung with a nasty bill afterwards

Hi, it's more to cover ourselves with anyone getting this option from the USA/outside of UK. As a UK backer of this option then you'd only have cover your "turning up for your day out" part i.e. transporting yourself there / having some of your own climbing kit.

It's to make sure we don't have people expecting us to fly them from Chicago to Burbage, then put them up in a hotel and then drive them to the crag etc etc

Send me a message if you'd like more clarification.

In reply to Tom Randall - Lattice Training:

Tom, it looks like a cool brush for bouldering but how would you carry it when on a rope? Both ends seem to be similar size so it won't hold in a chalk bag loop. Would it be worth adding some kind of spring clip for holding on a chalk bag belt?

In reply to john arran:

Cancel that - just read the blurb, sorry! The "hole for attaching to caribiner [sic] and climbing harness" just isn't visible in the photo.
In reply to john arran:

We're also developing a number of further brush options, so you can choose one that suits you John. Think extendable poles, lightweight options, clippable etc etc

Tom
