Lairig Ghru race next weekend- lift back to Deeside?

My transport plans for the Lairig Ghru race have fallen through and I'm looking for an alternative. Anyone have space in their car from Aviemore back to Braemar? I'm Aberdeen based so will be driving up to Braemar in the morning- just don't fancy running back to the car at the end

Have emailed the organiser to see if there's bus space too.

I'm guessing you'll get on the bus ok, always people who have paid who don't turn up to race on the day, plus the chance of there being exactly 55 ( or however many people a bus seats ) is pretty slim.

Looking forward to it myself ( the race that is, not the long bus journey back ! )
