In between the rain, Llanberis is probably the best place to live on earth...

After moving to Sheffield 2 years ago (what was I thinking?) I am now looking to sell my property in North Wales. Located - as any good house should be - with a view of several world class climbing areas including Cloggy, the Pass + Slate Quarries, it's even within a 10 second walk of Pete's Eats. It's going to be sad to see it go...

If you have any questions feel free to get in touch, otherwise here's a bit of blurb from Rightmove. For more information visit: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-50381270.html

I know Terry, it's very sad to see it go - I loved that house!

Surprised the attic isn't a bouldering cave, good angles there. Looks very nice, I'd buy it if I were moving to Llanberis but unfortunately I'm not... Good luck!
