Everest north side, still climbing?

Does anyone know if climbing is still going on from the north side of Everest? Just read that the Nepalese have said that climbing will not go ahead on the south side.

It's not. The CTMA called everyone to BC, imposed a break in climbing of six days, then after some prevarication, declared it closed. The rope-fixing team from Lhasa went and most of the rest of the teams left too. Some decided to go even before this. The road to Nyalam and Zhangmu to cross the border into Nepal is damaged, so teams are flying out via Lhasa. Apparently.

Confirmed. Friend of mine was there and they are heading back now via Lhasa.
