Great plan - I understand Toubkal conditions are perfect at the moment. The guys at Climb Morocco (climbmorocco.com) are a great source of info about the Toubkal region, and can probably advise on camping at Imlil. We almost ended up there last week and were planning on camping a bit higher up, near the refuge.
Todra and Tafraout are usually both lovely at this time of year though Tafraout will probably be warmer. Todra is mostly sport, with some relaxed roadside sport crags as well as brilliant big long routes up the gorge walls. It's fairly close to Toubkal region, and accessible by public transport. Tafraout is all trad, and has even more climbing, particularly in the lower and mid grades. If only you could take in all three spots - that would be an epic trip
