I am looking for any inout from those that have this jacket, or have used it in the past. I am looking to use this down to about -20C with some wind. I would no doubt be wearing other layers, or even a down vest under it to supplement. Would this be adequate or pushing the limits of this jacket?

Another one i was looking at was the Feathered Friends Volant made in the US. This have more down, but a shorter cut.

Any input is most welcomed!

What are you going to be using it for? Will it be a belay jacket for climbing, and if so where, or if not that then what?

In reply to Mr Christian:

I will be using in the States, but wanted to check with you UK folk as this seems more popular over there. I will be using as summit jacket, and general cold weather outdoor trips, not so much as a straight up belay jacket.

Has anyone used this on any significant climbs? Or how about serious cold weather? Would you change anything if you could, or stick with the Neutrino Plus?

A good test, and comparison with other similar jackets, on Cold Thistle....Highly rated!
