I will second the suggestion of Outside in Hathersage. I went in looking for some new mountaineering/climbing boots, due to a pair breaking and having a trip away the following week, and they came up trumps. Tried on loads (because I could) and they gave me lots of advice and tips on fit etc. All in all excellent service, and came away with a pair of boots fit for purpose and very comfortable.
