F-BO15 Foundry Bouldering Open 2015

On Saturday 7th February 2015 we will be holding The Foundry Bouldering Open sponsored by Mammut. . This is be a big one day comp with a CASH prize list of £2000 plus lots of great spot prizes. The Setters will be headed by Rob Napier and Andy Long.

The Format and Prizes
One qualification round with up to 5 hours to try 25 problems from font 5a upwards. Lots of spot prizes during the quals. Then the top 6 men/women (senior or junior) go through to an onsight final of 4 problems each on the wave.

The comp has Senior (18 or over on 7/2/15) and Junior age categories (age 10 years to under 17 years on 8/2/14) as well as a Team event. It is open to any climber who is at least 10 years old on the 7th Feb 2015. However, please note there will be no special junior problems set, you climb the same problems as the seniors. Juniors can qualify for the Final round. Teams must consist of 3 people and comprise of a mixture of both male and female competitors.

Each competitor will receive an F-BO15 competition vest or T-shirt (for juniors) when you enter on line.

6th: £30

1st Junior M/F £50 + Mammut kit
2nd Junior: Mammut kit
3rd Junior: Mammut Kit

Team Prizes (per team):
1st: £120
2nd: £60
3rd: £30

With Junior (male and female) 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes given on the results of the qualification round AND spot prizes for ANY competitor!
