Recommend me some fell-running shoes

After the sole on my Walsh fell-running shoes parted company with the uppers mid-run I was wondering which fell-running shoes UKCers would recommend. Whats more annoying is that this happened a year or so ago in North Wales whilst approaching Llechog - not happy!

I am not a hardcore fell-runner, I just like going out running in the Peak and occasionally North Wales/The Lakes once or twice a week. I also use fell-shoes as approach shoes if their is significant amounts of wet grass/mud on the approach and/or if I need to bring trainers up the route as I find fell-shoes are lighter than climbing brand approach shoes.

Any recommendations? Would like them to be more durable than Walshes also.

Cheers,

Dunc

Always used Inov8 X-talon. Lightweight and amazing grip.

Always been happy with my inov8 roclite 315s.
2nd pair now and 3rd pair on their way. Seem to do the job on wet stuff well. Cushioning isn't great but then..
