Winter is coming, it's the time of year where some will be thinking of beefing up their sleeping options. I'm thinking of buying some bags.

I have some questions.

1) What bag(s) do you own and how well do you feel the temperature ratings (E.U) of the bag tally with the temps you use it in?

2) What do you wear to bed?

3) What features do you think make or break a sleeping bag?

4) What else do you do to sleep comfortably? (Tent/sleeping mats/hotwater bottle etc.)

In reply to FreshSlate:
1) ME Snowline appears roughly accurate for my body type/condition and the temperatures I've used it at, given that they supply a 'comfort range'.
2) If it's really cold, a H/H base layer set, if it's warm then I use it as a quilt.
3) In no order; warmth:weight, fit, down quality, level of water resistance, & ethical considerations.
4) Exped Downmat UL, Klymit Cush, single malt.
