From the fact he was wearing a helmet I wouldn't guess the bike was stolen. I'd guess that he was pissed looking at the way he wobbled about and was rather slow while trying to free his bike from the taxi driver and also untangling his bag from the bike.
This could also explain why he crashed into a parked car.
