Cycling from Chester to Chamonix in a couple of weeks, spending a week climbing then flying home with EasyJet. Totally unsupported so planning to hire gear out there and have a friend bring the clothing stuff out with them for me or send it out in the post beforehand.
However to get the bike home I have to have a bike bag or box. Anyone know where I can get these in Chamonix??
Try contacting Zero-G - you might be able to blag an old box from there.
Otherwise Cycle Evasion in Sallanches might be able to help you but that is a reasonable distance from Cham.

Ask to speak to Craig in the Pro Concept shop which is at the bottom of the Midi. They've been stocking loads of bike stuff this summer so should have some kind of packing for you. Enjoy the ride!
