Do any of you know if there are walking trails next to the bike trails down aonach mor? Or any other reasonable walking trail? I'm meant to be taking a French group up in the gondola and then walking down, and I don't want to annoy the bikers (or get run over by them!!), but frenchies really don't like walking off paths or getting muddy boots!

There is a "spectator path" down the side of the bike track, it is more distinguishable from the deer fence about 1/3 of the way down onwards, but before then you can just walk along the side of the track, being mindful of any bikers, but that's not a problem. Though at the World Cup a few weeks back the spectator path through the woods was a bit muddy so your group might not like it
