Any advice on avoiding a sunburnt inner nose?

Wondering if anyone had tips for avoiding sunburn in the inside of a drippy nose on long days in the Alps in summer? Apart from the obvious - keep plastering as much suncream on/in it as possible.. Thanks!

I use high spf lip salv on my nose when skiing or snowboarding, it stays put for longer.

I use lip salve like Gethin - can't believe it took me so long to work out that it is waterproof and won't come off with the drip!
