Everest River question

Can anyone please tell me the name of the river that flows from Everest and joins the Dudh Khosi below Namche Bazar?

I'm sure it's still the Dudh Khosi and then the Imja Khosi splits off below Tengboche which then heads up towards EBC.

Quite probably. I just thought it would make sense that the river flowing from it had the same name.
