Easy Snowy Snowdonia Adventure Reccommendations for Sat

I'm taking a novice for a snowy adventure on Sat. Can anyone reccomend me a good grade 1 that would be suitable in the current weather and conditions?

Out of interest, was that you setting up the bomber buried axe belay at the top of Idwal Ordinary on saturday?
