In reply to TheAndyBarker: We were in La Grave last week and made a couple of trips over towards Briancon.
Conditions were good at the beginning of the week - things were a bit wet, but there was loads to go at. It then got a bit snowy in the middle so we went boarding in a foot of powder.(It wasn't a particularly hard decision!, but did mean we didn't go anywhere near the Valon de Diable). Then end of the trip was amazing - cold and sunny with blue skies. There was loads forming as we left. You'll have a great time.
