Feldenkrais running workshops
Does anyone have any experience of Feldenkrais running workshops? I was talking to a runner in Run and Become in Edinburgh yesterday who had just had a session with someone who does Feldenkrais workshops, and she was very enthusiastic about it?
Any experiences, good or bad?
