 Topic - Filter Holders

Just getting into filters...
Got a Formatt Hitech filter kit [100mm Master ND Kit] for Christmas, however I don’t have a filter holder yet.
Currently just have Nikkor 50mm and 80-400mm but looking at getting a Tokina 11-16mm so thinking of investing in a wide-angle 77mm adapter.
Q1) Will Hitech filters fit into a Lee holder?
Q2) Which filter holder would recommend HiTech or Lee?
