Looking for a way to store bikes outside the house.

It'll be out the front so want something that isn't ugly.

Any suggestions?

In reply to Punter S Thompson: Daft reply but how about a small shed ? You could pour a large concrete cube underneath with a hoop for chain/bike lock attatchements to ensure bike security?

Keep it in your house.. if its outside it will prob get nicked.. we have a shed built into the wall but some b@st@rd still managed to break in and steel my kids bmx.. so we keep them in the house now chained up ..
It gets in the way a little but rather that than have no bike

Outside the front of your house? You must live in a really nice, posh neighborhood

It depends on your bike.
The more expensive, the more you'll need to protect it.

Friends have had bikes stolen from sheds (broken locks and lifted roofs) and from garages (metal doors are easy to crow bar up and bend like an flap.

What ever you go for, remember to bolt to the ground and have a small motion detector style alarm in the room. Also motion sensitive lights outside help.

If you go for a shed, plenty of locks top and bottom, round off screws, extra screws on the roof as they are easy to lift off.
