very good in lots of respects. you have to go see it knowing that you must suspend your disbelief...the heroine is always wonderfully fresh looking and her lipstick never smudges depite being in the middle of two battling t-rexes and a giant gorilla, but whatever!

I think everybody is used to the special effects we see these days in the flicks,so the story /acting has to be special.. dont know about KK as i've not yet seen it.


What i find funny is a whole new generation are going to see this and be gutted in the end when he dies!!

Really good, particularly the scene in the insect pit. The giant Weta's rocked.
On a more critical note Kong didnt seem entirely attached to the world in some of the scenes in New York but the rest of the CG was mostly seamless

NO! This bit is hidden I think
Also, IT's..GARBAGE! WAYY too long. over 3 hrs! In my humble opinion.. cgi has ruined it! Completely OTT!
Theres about 15/20 mins where humans are running from
T Rex's/Velocoraptors(sp)and I actually laughed!

In reply to Keith Roughley: saw last wednesday, good film i agree too long though, some parts ruined it like kk sliding around on the ice in new york but parts like where kk was fighting the t-rex's really picked it up a lot
