Anything Else We Should Know
I have suffered from depression on and off for most of my life. 10 years ago I was diagnosed with Seasonal Affective Disorder. Thankfully I am now better, I use a light box in the winter and I am also on a low dose of antidepressants. I am the treasurer of the Sad Association, the national charity dedicated to helping sad sufferers.
