Keen hill walker. Would love to climb, but i suffer from knocking knees any higher than 3' up a cliff face.
In the middle of trying to teach the kids how to use a map and compass, but i think it would be easier to teach my Mrs and let her do it!
We take the kids Geocaching quite a lot, which they enjoy.

Anything Else We Should Know
I managed to get back into walking about a year ago when the kids showed some interest. Before that (about 10 years ago) i used to get out most weekends, mainly in the Dales and Peaks.
I've just discovered how good the Lakes are, after we went camping there over the Jubilee weekend. Never been as wet and happy in my life.
