Used to climb a fair bit 20 years ago. Stopped after a bad accident at Malham that left me in intensive care for a few weeks. No lasting effects other than loads of scars.

Started again with 15 year old son, 20 years of easy living have made it difficult now. I'm a stone heavier and probably quite a bit weaker. Currenlty climbing at around 6b, hope to improve over the next few months.
