Overhanging wall Sartree Crag © daprince
Small Grit outcrop no more than 3 metres in height, but with one good overhanging bay and two more ok bits making it worth the walk if you are heading to the crags higher up on the moor. Currently 6 problems nothing harder than font 5+ and lots of easy stuff that would be good for kids. Everything is sit starts as they are pretty short.
Will Hunt was the first to find these and did much in his hiking boots.
Park by the side of the road and take the track uphill for 400m to just before the wall then follow a sheep track left. 10 minutes max.
Inside the Barden moor access area. No known access issues
