A nice little tower of white quartzite in chestnut woods with a great view of the Mercantour to the South. Called Roccasparvera in the Versante Sud guide it also seems to be known as La Bicocca.
Protection is currently (2020) old style expansion bolts. There has been some rockfall affecting the starts of 7,8 and 9. Whilst currently looking solid enough the lower bolts are in blocks sitting on the ground :-)
From Vignolo take the minor road towards Roccasparvera on a sweeping L hand bend park on the loop road on the R.
Follow a track which runs parallel to the road westwards for just over 200m (if you get to a ruined building you've gone too far). Take a path uphill which leads quickly to the rock.
